is proud to present the full release of Performance
Index version 6.1. Zarpac's groundbreaking new software
boasts many industry firsts and revolutionizes asset
performance monitoring with features including graphical
trending, plant rollup, favorites, and a completely
redesigned operator interface. The Performance Index
interface has also undergone a facelift, firmly
establishing Performance Index as the most intuitive
and user friendly product in its class.

Trending
By
trending the states of your machines, Performance
Index 6.1 lets you see line performance in a new light.
Trending lets you compare lines over a selected period
of time to discover and solve reasons for efficiency
losses. Performance Index 6.1 trending is a powerful
new ally in the battle against inefficiency. |
Plant
Rollup
Plant Rollup is one of many new data presentations
in Performance Index 6.1. Select and compare all
the assets in your plant for a broad overview. Now
you can see the forest and the trees at the same
time, and with our new favorites feature, it's as
easy as one click. |
Favorites
Have a view that you continually use? With the new
favorites button, saving and retrieving your favorite
charts and graphs is now as easy and intuitive as
the rest of the Performance Index program. Find a
view you like, click the favorites button, and follow
the on screen prompts and you're ready to go. If you
want quick daily access to the same report, Performance
Index can now be configured to automatically open
your favorite report whenever the interface is launched,
saving valuable time. |
Streamlined
Interface
As a part of our continuing effort to make PI the
most intuitive software in its class, all the exciting
new features of Performance Index have been conveniently
grouped into task related tabs. Options are now
grouped according to their purpose, and features
that carry over from page to page share a common
location. |
Enhanced
Operator Interface
Our web based operator interface has been re-engineered
to enhance usability and functionality. Operators
can now control product selection, changeout and policy
events from their computer terminal. The interface
has been optimized to be seamlessly integrated into
your manufacturing facility and take advantage of
advanced touch screen technology. Administration and
installation of the Operator Interface is now easier
as well, with the introduction of centralized management
tools. Now you can configure, alter and edit Operator
Interface installations from within our administrators
