ZARPAC has over twenty-five years of experience designing, integrating and installing full or partial packaging lines for products packed in folding cartons and paperboard containers.
Since completing our first turnkey carton line we have successfully completed over 50 full or partial cartoning line projects and over one-hundred additional engineering support projects for companies in over twenty countries around the world.
These projects have supported paperboard and corrugated paperboard cartons in a wide range of sizes and configurations. They have accommodated bagged products, rigid products as well as loose products.
Multiple carton line projects have required innovative technologies for both filling and secondary packaging. As part of several of these turnkey projects, ZARPAC also designed and built custom packaging machinery for new product applications including complex carton assembly to accommodate leaflets and plastic trays.
Carton sizes have ranged from 1.5" x 1.5" x 3.0" (3.8 x 3.8 x 7.6 cm) to 6" x 7" x 12" (15.2 x 17.8 x 30.5 cm).
Implemented line speeds to date have been up to 300 cpm and lines have included horizontal and vertical continuous motion cartons and intermittent motion cartoners.
