Request More Information ›ZARPAC has over twenty-five years of experience designing, integrating and installing full or partial packaging lines for products packed in stand-up pouches, sachets, pillow pouches and gusseted bags.
Since completing our first turnkey pouch line we have successfully completed over 50 complete or partial pouch line projects and over one-hundred additional engineering support projects for companies in over twenty countries around the world.
These projects have supported bags, pillow pouches, sachets and stand-up pouches with and without fitments in a wide range of sizes for both liquid and dry products. Applications have included both horizontal form-fill-seal and vertical form-fill-seal technologies.
Multiple pouch and flexible packaging line projects have required innovative technologies for both filling and secondary packaging. As part of several of these turnkey projects, ZARPAC designed and built 25+ custom case packing systems for new product applications.
Our machinery innovations in this industry include custom design-build robotic case packers capable of loading stand-up pouches in both horizontal and vertical orientations. Other design-build innovations included robotic case packers capable of handling the widest range of pouch sizes on a single machine in the industry.
For fill by volume applications, bag, pouch and sachet sizes have ranged from .25 oz. (7 mL) to 2L (67.6 oz.) with line speeds ranging from 60 to 600 cpm.
For fill by weight applications, bag and pouch sizes have ranged from 7 oz. (198 g) to 47 lb. (21.3 kg) with line speeds ranging from 30 to 180 cpm.
